Manufactured in four precision-fitting quadrants, the ring assembles into a complete circular spacer using discreet vertical scarf joints, allowing it to be supplied flat-packed while maintaining a clean appearance once installed.

Manufactured from ABS, the spacer offers excellent heat resistance and UV stability, making it well suited for use within campervans and motorhomes where elevated temperatures can occur.

Installation

1. Lay the four quadrants on a flat surface and assemble them into a complete ring.
2. Apply tape across the outside of each joint to hold the quadrants together during installation.
3. Position the assembled ring between the roof adaptor and the NomadicArk AirPlus MK2 fan mounting frame.
4. Secure as part of the normal fan installation process.

The tape acts purely as a temporary assembly aid while the spacer is installed.
