5. Delivery Address and Safe Place Requests

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.

If you authorise your parcel to be left in a designated “safe place” or with a neighbour, you accept full responsibility once delivery is confirmed by the courier.

Vanbitious is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from a safe place delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or lack of access, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery or re-routing.

We will hold the item for 7 days following a failed delivery attempt. If redelivery is not arranged within that time, your order may be cancelled and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

You must inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any damage, defects, or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by email to hello@vanbitious.co.uk with supporting photos.

Failure to notify us within this window may affect your ability to claim for lost or damaged goods.
8. Delays and Liability

We will notify you of any delays where possible, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss due to late delivery.
