Class-T Fuse Holder & Z-Link Busbar Bundle

Class-T fuses are the gold standard for protecting lithium battery systems. This complete bundle features a unique Z-Link busbar that enables the fuse holder to be mounted directly to the battery terminal, creating a secure connection and providing the highest level of circuit protection.

All supplied components are genuine, certified products selected for safety, reliability and compliance.

Bundle includes:

• BEP Pro-Installer Class-T Fuse Holder, suitable for 225A–400A
• Blue Sea Systems A3T Class-T Fuse, available in 225A–400A options (5117-BSS, 5119-BSS or 5121-BSS)
• Class-T Fuse Z-Link Busbar
• 2 × 24mm × 150mm 3M VHB mounting pads

The Z-Link busbar is manufactured from flexible, tinned copper and measures 4mm × 25mm, providing a 100mm² cross-sectional area. M10 holes at each end allow connection to either M8 or M10 battery terminals.

Its layered copper construction allows the busbar to flex through the centre, making installation easier while helping it withstand movement and vibration. This makes the bundle ideal for lithium battery installations in campervans, motorhomes, boats and other mobile or off-grid applications.
